Terms of use
- Supernet Internet’s servers and services may be used only for lawful purposes.
- Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable
law or regulation is prohibited.
- This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright,
trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used
without proper authorisation, and material that is obscene,
defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control
laws.
- Violations of Supernet’s system or network security are prohibited, and may result
in criminal and civil liability.
Examples include, but are not limited to the following:
- Unauthorised access, use, probe, or scan of a systems security or
authentication measures, data or traffic.
- Interference with service to any user, host or network including,
without limitation, mail bombing, flooding, deliberate attempts to
overload a system and broadcast attacks.
- Sending unsolicited mail messages, including, without limitation,
commercial advertising and informational announcements, is
explicitly prohibited.
- A user shall not use another site's mail server to relay mail without the express
permission of the site.
- Internet dial up will not be used for any unapproved voice transmissions.
- Payment is due in advance on the first working day of every month by means of
debit order.
- Should payment via the debit order not be received the user will be notified via
email and have 15 days to rectify the payment otherwise the specified account
will be suspended and a reconnection fee of the outstanding amount plus 50% of
the monthly subscription will be due and payable before reconnection will take
place.
- Notice of cancellation must be given in writing 30 days prior to cancellation for
analogue dial up accounts and 60 days for ISDN and DSL connections respectfully.
Violations of Conditions can lead to immediate suspension of an account.
